True confession. I’m a super good doobie. If I say I am going to do something, by golly, I do it. So when I don’t get my weekly Sum column written, I beat myself up mentally. Ever happen to you? I’ve had such an amazingly rich and full week that I need time to process the takeaways before I share them with you. So I’ll be back with the Sum next week. Meanwhile, be kind to yourself if you too need to reprioritize. Remember, that’s an important leadership skill too.
