Know Your Why: Health Entrepreneur Strategist On Thriving in Midlife and Beyond
Healthcare entrepreneur and serial enterprise founder Emily Serebryanny says her superpower is her curiosity.

Born in the USSR (the former Soviet Union, now Ukraine) Serebryanny, 58, says at 10 years old she knew she wanted to leave her native country when her best friend moved to the U.S. with her family.

“I knew I wanted to leave, but my parents said no. I did not know how it was going to happen,” but she had made a promise to herself to try and wanted to explore all possibilities," says Serebryanny, who is speaking at Take The Lead’s Power Up Conference on the panel, ”The Audacity to Thrive: Women Claiming Midlife Health & Power.”

The Power Of Talent We Have Yet To Discover

By Louise Storino

Some of the most extraordinary leaders I know are unable to vote yet.

I have the privilege of sitting alongside a group of urban teens from underrepresented communities. Together, we are writing a media series, “for teens, by teens” that explores hope in the face of circumstances many adults can scarcely imagine.

Investments In Women's Health Rises Globally
The 1st Global Women's Health Investment Report "tracks roughly $1.55 billion in disclosed equity across 85 companies and declares the arrival of what it calls 'the Era of Scale.'" This is true because of a new category that includes "metabolic health." Investment spread across more conditions and countries than in any prior year, including ovarian oncology. Is investment in women's health finally reaching parity? Some argue, yes, while others remain guarded in declaring investment equality in women's health.
Take The Lead prepares, develops, inspires, and propels all women of all diversities and intersectionalities to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors.
